At Rustik Craft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you had not received your ordered item in same condition as described,we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience.

Eligibility for Refunds:
• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-refundable.
• If you change your mind after placing an order or ordered by mistake, you can cancel it at any time before dispatch. After dispatch cancellation is not possible. Such orders will not be entertained through this policy.
• Given that all our products are meticulously handcrafted, there might be instances where slight variations occur, such as changes in color or pattern. It's important to note that in such cases of minor adjustments, we won't be able to accept returns.

• All items in our inventory, including those featured in the Clearance Sale with minor dents, are considered non-returnable. Returns will only be accepted for products exhibiting significant damage, such as leakage or breakage.
• For our clearance sale items, it's important to note that some products, especially those with prints, may exhibit fading, and minor scratches might be present. However, rest assured that the functionality of these products remains at 100%, without any compromise.
• Due to the artisanal nature of our handcrafted products, weight variations are normal and expected. Each item is individually crafted, resulting in a 20-30% difference in weight. This variation is a natural characteristic of handmade products, adding to their unique charm and authenticity. We do not consider these differences as defects, and they are not grounds for refunds or exchanges.
• If Rustik Craft has suspicion or knowledge that any of its Buyer are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Rustik Craft may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such Buyer and may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id of such Buyer and/or disqualify that Buyer from availing protection through this policy.
Refund Process:
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@rustikcraft.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return authorization email within 7 working days.
4. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@rustikcraft.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
